BDSup2Sub

BDSup2Sub is a converter from Blu-Ray SUP to DVD SUB/IDX (VobSub) or SUP(DVD SUP). You can also add a delay and/or change the time stamps to e.g.

perform a PAL speedup. Requires Java runtime. SUP to SUB, SUPtoSUB, SUP to SUP, SUPtoSUP.
BDSup2Sub is a subtitle conversion tool (for image based formats) with scaling capabilities and some other nice features.
- add a fixed delay to all timestamps
- perform a frame rate conversion e.g. for pal speedup
- synchronize time stamps to output frame rate
- edit times and position of each caption
- control all features (except editing) from the command line
